Delete your account
You can delete your KnowHouse account and its data at any time – in the app or right here.
In the app
- Open KnowHouse and sign in.
- Open the menu and tap your name to go to your Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm with your password.
Your account is deleted immediately.
On the web
No app anymore? Sign in with your KnowHouse account and delete it here. It’s instant.
Your account and data have been deleted.
You can uninstall the app. Thanks for having used KnowHouse.
Can’t sign in at all, for example because you no longer have access to your email address? Write tosupport@getknowhouse.com and we’ll help.
What gets deleted
- Your login (email address and password)
- Your profile: username, avatar, points, preferences, contribution statistics and family membership
- Open ToDos assigned to you are handed back to your family as unassigned, so nobody waits on a deleted account.
- Completed ToDos and instructions you wrote belong to your family’s shared history; completed ToDos are removed automatically 30 days after their deadline.
